Privacy notice
This site is a set of plain web pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of its own.
Last updated: 26 September 2026. This notice covers pinbury.co.uk as it is now, before Pinbury launches. We will update it before the search engine opens.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data on this site is Viva Ads Ltd, 5-9 Main Street, GX11 1AA Gibraltar, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you visit a page, your browser sends a request to our server. Our web server records each request in a log:
- your IP address,
- the date and time,
- the page or file requested and the response we sent,
- the referring page, if your browser sends it,
- your browser's user agent (its name and version).
We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors. We use them to keep the site running and secure: to find errors and to spot and block abusive traffic.
Why we may do this
Our legal basis under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): running a website securely requires these logs.
How long we keep it
Server logs are deleted automatically after a few days, and in any case within one week.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) delivers this site and protects it from attacks. Every request passes through Cloudflare, which processes the same request data under its own data processing terms and may do so outside the UK. When Cloudflare checks that a visitor is not an automated program, it may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearance). These are not used for tracking or advertising. - Hetzner Online GmbH, a hosting company in Germany, provides the server the site runs on.
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
Mail sent to [email protected] is forwarded to our mailbox by Cloudflare's email routing service, so Cloudflare processes the message on the way. We use your email address and message only to reply and to act on your request, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
